Valvrave the Liberator T1 E3 – L-Elf's Prophecy
The ARUS forces apprehend L-elf while he relays a strange string of words to Haruto. As the ARUS forces along with Senator Figaro provide relief to the students of Sakimori Academy, Haruto and his friends try and fail to deduce the nature of his new abilities. Afterwards, Figaro sends word to meet Haruto and urges him to become a symbol of hope in the war against Dorssia. Meanwhile, as L-elf escapes his captivity, Cain dispatches A-drei, X-eins, H-neun and Q-vier in another attempt to recapture Module 77.

Kakumeiki Valvrave tiene lugar en una era en la que el 70% de la raza humana vive en el espacio debido al desarrollo de colonias o ciudades espaciales. Entre dos poderosas facciones, la Federación Militar Dorushia y los Estados Unidos del Anillo Atlántico, se sitúa una pequeña nación neutral llamada Jiooru que ha prosperado económicamente. El protagonista, Haruto Tokishima, es un estudiante de instituto que vive en Jiooru. Cuando el ejército de Dorushia invade Jiooru, Haruto encontrará el arma de forma humanoide conocido como ?Valvrave?.
