Black Label rids the city of evil by severing the malignant tumors that have made their home there. Suzue Konomi, a detective, has looked into their organization, and finds herself kidnapped. El Hospital General Mochizuki tiene a algunas de las mejores entrenadas (y bien dotadas) enfermeras en la ciudad. Pero aunque estas señoritas pasan mucho tiempo combatiendo enfermedades, su tiempo libre lo gastan luchando con un tipo diferente de enfermedad… Bajo el liderazgo del director del hospital, miembros del personal y jóvenes de la localidad forman un grupo de mercenarios asesinos, que tienen como objetivo a los “cánceres” de la sociedad y extirpar a aquellos individuos antes de que su locura se esparza.
